With a mere 78 days to go until we’re all stood at the Showground, I am pleased to reveal the final poster for Call Of The Wild Festival 2024. With a whopping 54 bands!!! That’s right 54 of them all for the wallet-friendly price of £120.75 (including fees) for a full weekend ticket, that’s roughly £2.22 per band. Call Of The Wild is proud to have been shortlisted in the UK Festival Awards: 2019, 2022 & 2023 we’re a festival with a local feel and an International identity.
Last bands to be confirmed on the official 3-day lineup are; Parisian glam rockers HARSH. Triple treat of Scottish rock; Deadfire, BIG IRON, Artax. The “entertainment or death” pack; Spyder Byte, King Voodoo, Dead Demons, Bang Bang Firecracker. The vibrant sounds of local acts MOSKITO and Archy & the Astronauts. Pip (ex-South of Salem) new psychedelic doomsayers Funeral Witch Blues. Young blood Empty Accents. And a band that everyone will be championing very soon. The sincerest form of rock n roll magic, the indelible Luna Marble.

This year we are excited to launch our very own boozer… The Wolfpack (slight twist on Emmerdale’s The Woolpack) will feel like a pub with the most rocking function room, the Trailblazer Stage, where lots of new breaking bands will showcase their talents and where after-show shenanigans shall continue into the small hours. A newly commissioned pub sign for The Wolfpack will be swinging at the entrance, artwork to be revealed soon. Bringing the finest Motörhead Beer and Cider plus favourite branded spirits, we also have the wonderful Mercia Distillery providing their lively & incredibly popular bar alongside us.
Delicious Roxbe mead cans and of course, these mighty shots. Valhalla,Thors Hammer, Freyas. Also on their list are Whisky cocktails, Whisky Sour in standard old fashioned & double cherry. Gin cocktails, Mercia Gin Sour, Mercia Garden Martini….More than enough to keep you refreshed!
