TIME TO ROCK – Announces New Partnership (News)

Time To Rock Festival and Studiefrämjandet Skåne Blekinge in a new collaboration.

When it comes to securing the future of rock bands, Studiefrämjandet is obviously an incredibly important player. For us as organizer, but also for the music life as a whole. Supporting new talent is something close to our hearts. In recent years we have run a competition in social media where the three bands, throughout Sweden, who received the most votes, got to play at Time To Rock.

We felt already this spring that we would like to find another way for new bands to appear at our festival and then contacted the local office for Studiefrämjandet Skåne-Blekinge.

This has now resulted in a collaboration where the Study Promotion will have access to three playing times during the Time To Rock Festival 2025 and it will also be their job to bring out three local acts that will get the chance to showcase themselves with us in Knislinge.

The recording area for these bands will be held relatively locally within a 3-mile radius of about. It was important to us, as we felt we wanted to invest in our own local area.

We, as a relatively small festival, are always working to try to keep all of our collaborations as local as possible. A win-win for the whole area.

Parallel to this, we are also working with the Study Promotion to try to get replacements in Knislinge. Maybe this, in the long run, can remind that a large arena band has its roots in Knislinge. That would be cool, wouldn’t it?

Which three bands who will get the chance at Time to Rock Festival July 4-7, 2025 will be presented in the fall.

If you are interested, contact the Study Promotion. It’s them and not us who take out the three bands. You have to be connected to the Study Promotion.
