In the early 90s, Skid Row from New Jersey was one of the biggest bands in metal. Their first two albums Skid Row (1989) and Slave to the Grind (1991) were multi-million sellers, producing classics like “Youth Gone Wild”, “18 and Life”, “I Remember You” and “Monkey Business”. Eventually the band fell apart, reuniting in 1999 without former singer Sebastian Bach. For some time, Skid Row had some trouble forging a new identity, and finding the right singer. They succeeded with the former on part 1 of the record trilogy United World Rebellion in 2013, and with the latter when ZP Theart (ex-DragonForce) officially assumed the position of lead vocalist in 2017. The final part of the aforementioned trilogy is expected to appear in 2019. (From Swedenrock.com)
