Arguably Sweden’s most famous prog metal band. Seventh Wonder have released five albums since 2005 and become highly appreciated by fans of the likes of Dream Theater and Symphony X. The facts that bassist Andreas Blomqvist was tutored by Talisman/Malmsteen legend Marcel Jacob (RIP), and singer Tommy Karevik also fronts Kamelot, speaks volumes of the band’s competence. The reception for the current album Tiara, their first in eight (!) years, indicates that Seventh Wonder have only gained popularity in the interim. (from Swedenrock.com).
