PULLEY - Dickens Calgary, Alberta (Concert Blog)

Pulley is a California-based Punk Rock band. The band was formed back in 1994. The band is known for its straightforward, hard-edge melodic punk rock. The members consist of the following:

Scott Radinsky- Lead Vocals

Mike Harder- Guitar

Trey Clinesmith- Guitar

Tyler Rebbe- Bass

Sean Sellers- Drums

The band put on an amazing performance and you could see the fans of the band in the crowd. The set was approximately 90 minutes and they seamlessly cruised through their catalogue of songs. The band was wrapping up their Canadian tour on the West Coast and they were a solid machine, never missing a beat. The set kept the crowd on their feet, fists pumping and throwing around the devil horns as much as possible. The crowd was approximately 200-300 people and they were there to party and mosh with the band.

Being unfamiliar with the band it was a treat to see them for the first time. Their fans are dedicated to the band and are willing to show up wherever they might play. I am familiar with one member of the band. The drummer Sean Sellers who is also in the bands Good Riddance and Beasto Blanco.

All I can say is that being a first time seeing them play I will for sure catch them the next time they are around. It was a cool little bar they played in and they made the place rock.
