Following their last studio album, Reign of Gold (2019) and the compilation Epic Tales & Untold Stories (2021), German epic power metal band Human Fortress will make an impressive comeback in October 2025 with their new album, Stronghold.
Due to the departure of our keyboardist, Dirk Liehm, a Human Fortress album was written without a keyboarder for the first time. That’s why the album is very guitar-heavy. Human Fortress wanted to make some songs a little more mainstream. But these songs also sound extremely heavy thanks to Alex Krull‘s good sound. Release date: October 17, 2025.
