Here begins CGCM‘s Photo Coverage of Sweden Rock Festival 2022. CGCM realized two photographers on site this year, Shawn “Animalize“ Irwin and Brian Ronald, each capturing different bands. First up is Shawn‘s Hardcore Superstar.

(from swedenrock.com) Hardcore Superstar from Gothenburg, Sweden are a longtime favourite with the SRF crowd. Releasing their debut in 1999, the band found their true self on fifth album Hardcore Superstar of 2005. They coined this style “street metal” and have kept developing it on five more albums. Yet one more, Abrakadabra, will arrive in March and has been preceded by the latest three in a long line of Hardcore Superstar singles: “Catch Me If You Can“, “Dreams in Red” and “Weep When You Die“.
