BLACKRAIN‘s new album is set for release on February 28, 2026. BlackRain has unveiled the cover art for Orphans of the Light, their upcoming album and self-titled single.
Sleaze Roxx reports (with minor editing): The “French rockers consisting of frontman Swan Hellion, bassist Matthieu De La Roche, drummer Franky Costanza and new lead guitarist Jerem G have unveiled a video for the title track from their upcoming studio album Orphans of The Light, which will be released on February 27, 2026.
The video was produced by Angel Home Records with directing duties handled by Matthieu de la Roche, and the editing and VFX done by Médéric Havard. The studio technicians were Charlie Vauclin-Alary, Evan Droux, Océane Bullou, Pauline Dubois, Romain Valentino, Eloane Lebechec, Florian Dumoulin and Yann Lebechec.” SOURCE: Sleaze Roxx
The artwork features a pirate version of Théodore Géricault‘s famous painting “The Raft of the Medusa.” The band has kept the same visuals as their previous albums since Dying Breed (2019), perfect for continuing their impressive CD/LP collection!
