Crystal Viper is cancelling. Stone hard Ambush are replacing!
“Crystal Viper‘s lead guitarist has sustained an arm injury, which unfortunately affects us and you when the band’s summer tour is cancelled. As a replacement, you get Ambush, sylvass metal from Växjö.
The band was founded in 2010 and in 2013 came a demo and a music video on YouTube for the song “Don’t Shoot (Let Them Burn)”. The official debut record, Firestorm, was released in 2014 and album number two, Desecrator, came the following year. Overall, the group’s catalogue contains three full-length albums and a number of singles.
On Metal Archives, the band is compared to Judas Priest and Accept as well as TTR-currents Bullet and Riot V. Ambush is a band that fits our festival like a hand in a glove, in other words. It is also difficult to look more metal.
Ambush is playing with us on Saturday, July 5.”
