ALIEN REPLACES BLACK INGVARS - Time To Rock Festival 2025 (News)BLACK INGVARS is forced to cancel Time To Rock. ALIEN is taking over.

It is with great sadness in our hearts that we have to announce that Black Ingvars is forced to cancel their long-awaited gig at this year’s Time To Rock Festival.

An acute illness has affected one of the band members.
The band and we hope that everything will go well and that they will soon be back on stage. May The Force Be With You.
With short notice, we have fixed a replacement who does not go away for hacks. Swedish Alien, with the original members Jim Jidhed (vocals), Tony Borg (guitar) and Toby Tarrach (drums) in the lead, immediately stood up when asked.

Alien was formed in Gothenburg in 1986 and released their self-titled album Alien in 1988. Who doesn’t remember the success of “Only One Woman“. A lot of water has since run under the bridges and the band has released records such as: Shiftin’ Gear (1990), Crash (1995) and Dark Eyes (2005). In 2014, Alien, the original lineup, released the album Eternity and in 2018, the band celebrated its 30th anniversary by touring Sweden and Germany. In 2020, the album Into the Future was released and now it is 2025 and Alien is back stronger and better than ever! With their latest record, When Yesterday Comes Around, they show that they are a band to reckon with now and in the future. If you like classic, melodic hard rock, then Alien is something you should not miss when they open the Falcon Stage, Monday, July 7 at 12.30. Set the clock!
